Stewardship: Recently Forsyth Presbyterian Church was identified in a survey as having one of the highest per member giving rates in Flint River Presbytery, not to mention being well above the denominational per member average. This is indicative of the generous spirit of a congregation where everyone contributes financially to their ability. Stewardship is much more than money, especially in a small congregation. Our “staff” is our membership. Within a rich variety of talents, skills, interests, and abilities each of us are called to explore how best we can serve. Beginning with the opportunities in this brochure and beyond, we are encouraged to find “the place where [our] deep gladness and the world's deep hunger meet."
