Worship at Forsyth Presbyterian Church
63 North Jackson Street   Forsyth, GA 31029   (478) 994-2942
We gather for worship every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. The Lord’s Supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of every month, as well as on other special occasions. Following the Christian liturgical calendar; Advent wreaths, Christmas Eve Candlelight Services, Ash Wednesday observances, Maundy Thursday worship, and Community Sunrise Services are all a part of our tradition. Our Christmas Eve service is one of the oldest in the area, and the only one ending at midnight. Even though we are traditional, one should not be surprised to experience video, drama, popular music, or an occasional clown as part of worship. Forsyth Presbyterian participates in the local Fifth Sunday Night Community Worship services sponsored by the Monroe County Ministerial Association. We also host the annual Forsythia Festival Community Worship. Forsyth Home
